Your app analyzed personally, four live workshops, the AI content system behind 12M views, and written feedback every week from Darius Mora.
$2,500 per app · starts October 1

"A clear, actionable plan that our team could actually execute."
Ashley Moraca, founder of Retreat · consulting clientYou know how to build features. You can figure out the technology.
But when it comes to marketing, you keep putting it off.
You're unsure who to target, what to post, or how to make content without spending your life filming videos. Perhaps you're already getting downloads, but too few people become paying subscribers.
You need a clear direction for your app, practical tools to execute it, and someone experienced checking your work.
That is what we will work on together throughout October.
Complete the workshop and implementation tasks, and you'll have:
We'll show you how to produce content that demonstrates your app without requiring you to appear on camera.
You submit your business information. I study your app, positioning, acquisition, and monetization, asking follow-up questions where needed.
A written analysis of your biggest bottlenecks and recommended priorities, delivered before October 1.
Maria leads positioning, audience research, hooks, content formats, and our AI-assisted production workflow. You start publishing.
Your positioning, hook bank, three content formats, month-long calendar, and first live posts.
We examine onboarding, paywalls, pricing, trials, and offers. You use our templates to prepare improvements for your app.
A prioritized monetization plan and the next changes to implement.
We review content performance, define the analytics you need, and organize your experiments. We cover when creators and ads make sense.
A measurement framework and testing pipeline, with a clear view of what to try next.
We bring acquisition and monetization together into a realistic operating plan.
Your 90-day content direction, prioritized experiments, and weekly execution schedule.
One live workshop a week, recorded. The schedule is announced to accepted founders before October 1.
Every week you submit your progress, work, results, and biggest blocker. I review your submission and give you written feedback within two working days on what to improve and where to focus next.
You will also have an accountability partner inside the cohort: another founder who checks your progress, reviews your content, and helps you follow through on the commitments you make.
Your member portal holds the four live workshops and their recordings, your weekly implementation tasks, the AI workflows, templates and downloadable resources, your progress submissions and feedback, and the cohort community for the month.
You keep lifetime access to the recordings and resources.
I'm Darius Mora, former Head of Growth and CMO at Reflectly, which grew past 20 million users. I've taught more than 55,000 students and worked with app founders on acquisition, onboarding, pricing, and monetization.
Maria Menzies leads the first workshop, bringing the positioning and content approach we use in our own app business: 12 million views on content produced by AI systems and 44,000 followers on a page that did not exist before.
You'll work with frameworks I use in private consulting engagements, including engagements priced at $10,000. Here, you apply them to your own app with personal analysis, group workshops, and weekly feedback.

Adapt our production workflow to your app instead of starting from scratch.
Follow a practical process for planning and publishing your marketing.
Prepare creator sourcing and outreach when your app is ready for that channel.
Revisit the monetization lessons while working on your onboarding and paywalls.
These resources support the weekly work. You do not need to complete them all before taking action.
This is designed for founders with a live consumer subscription or AI app who want to take marketing seriously.
You should be able to implement changes yourself or through your team, and commit time to doing the work:
You will need Claude Code or Codex for the AI workflows. Software subscriptions are not included.
I will personally analyze your app, deliver the four workshops with Maria leading week one, provide the resources, and review your weekly progress submissions.
You are responsible for implementation. We do not promise a specific number of downloads, subscribers, or revenue.
Ten apps, no more. Enrollment closes before kickoff so I have time to study every accepted app and deliver the personal analyses.
We review applications as they arrive. Your place is confirmed once you are accepted and payment is complete. After the accelerator there is an optional way to continue with the group. October's program stands on its own.
Apply for the October cohortNo, that is the point of week one. Your personal analysis and the positioning workshop define who you are for, then you leave with a hook bank, three content formats and a month-long calendar. You publish in week one.
You don't have to. We show you the camera-free, AI-assisted workflows we use for our own app, the ones behind 12 million views.
Week two, Monetization Mastery, covers onboarding, paywalls, pricing, trials and offers. You leave with a prioritized plan of the changes to ship, in order.
Every app in the cohort gets its own written analysis before we start and its own written feedback every week. The workshops are shared. The plan is yours.
That is why there is a first-week deadline, a weekly progress submission, and an accountability partner who checks on you. The structure is built for founders who have started before and stopped.
You leave with a 90-day plan you can run alone. There is an optional way to continue with the group afterwards, announced in week four. October stands on its own.
No refunds and no outcome guarantee. My commitment is specific: I personally analyze your app, deliver the four workshops with Maria leading week one, provide the resources and review your weekly submissions. Whether you implement is up to you. The application exists so that only founders who will do the work get a seat.
A live app, the ability to make changes to it, roughly five hours in week one and two to four hours a week after that, and Claude Code or Codex for the AI workflows.
One live workshop a week, recorded. The exact slot is announced to accepted founders before October 1 and is chosen to work for both US and European time zones.
